Ahead of our event, we would like to learn more about you and your career challenges and development as well as your thoughts on the development of our existing working group - Empowering Women in Energy Management and Environment Group and its activities.
SECTION 1 -  CHALLENGES AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
The energy management and sustainability field is very diverse with a huge number of challenges and it would be remiss of us to assume we know what everyone is facing. So to reignite the Group we would like to understand what challenges you currently face.

Objective 1: Growth of women’s recognition within the energy and environmental sector. In your opinion, how could this objective be delivered beyond organising networking events, presentations or publishing articles?
Objective 2: Development of female talent into more strategic energy and environmental roles and leadership positions. In your opinion, how could this objective be delivered?
Objective 3: Increasing the number of young women coming into the energy and environment industry. In your opinion, how could this objective be delivered?
Objective 4: Lobbying of strategic decision makers (MPs, Senior Executive leaders etc) to highlight the benefits of women in roles within the energy management, environmental, sustainability and similar industry sectors. In your opinion, how could this objective be delivered?
