LDA/PBS Summer Session Registration Form Summer Registration Deadline: 5/31/19
Current LDA Students who already have an online account and credit card on file may register for Summer Session via this online form. New students may fill out this form but then must contact the studio for online account set-up and payment to secure class placement.

Summer Session runs from June 24th - August 3rd 2019. With NO CLASSES on July 4th, 5th, or 6th 2019.

Tuition may be paid for either 4, 5 or 6 week intervals. Pricing is online under the Summer 2019 tab. Makeup classes may be made in the event of an absence. Make-up classes must be made within one week of missed class.

LDA/PBS Registration Policy:

LDA/PBS only accepts registrations by the Semester/Session. Summer registration must be paid in full prior to the child's first week of classes. Monthly auto-pay is not available during Summer. Students may take drop-in classes for $25 per class. There are NO REFUNDS for registered classes.

Classes may be made-up for absence and illness within one week of missed class during Summer Session. Make-up classes can be taken in any genre of the same level or age group.

New students are required to pay an annual $50 registration fee. New students enrolling for the first time without placement classes may be moved to different levels by the LDA faculty as needed after the student's first class.

We have a stringent no refund policy that is printed on all of our school tuition, enrollment and registration forms. In order to offer a fully professional level staff of teachers dedicated to dance education as their careers we base our class offerings directly on how many confirmed students each teacher will have in each class per session. The monthly auto-pay payment plan offered during Fall and Spring is a courtesy we extend to dancers taking more than one class per week - upon registration you are committing to pay for the entire semester tuition with no refunds.
