The YAMAL Program is my give-back to humanity through Coaching, mentorship and people building.
The training on this course is delivered through THE MIB INSTITUTE OF PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT, IRELAND.

If your application is approved and you accept the offer of a place to join Cohort 4 of the YLL course,
it will be my pleasure to welcome you as a mentee and to work with you as your mentor.

Here I will work with you to Motivate, Inspire and Build you to be the best you were born to be.
I will work with you as part of a group, and on one-on-one basis, making your personal development and career growth my priority. You are in the RIGHT PLACE. This is the RIGHT TIME. Please know that if you decide to join our Network and sign up for the YAMAL program, all information provided by you will be deemed as confidential, will not be shared with any other source and will be used only for matters relating to this program.

The YLL COURSE is a 6 month Transformational training Program.
Classes will be held ONCE A MONTH from January 2024 to June 2023.
All classes are virtual.
Application opens: 23rd July 2023
Application closes: 29th September 2023

The value of the YAMAL Life-long mentorship Program per mentee is €1500.
This cost is covered in Scholarship for 10 mentees per cohort, sponsored by the MIB Institute of People Development. Each approved applicant is only required to make a 'commitment-to-attendance' payment of €100 (or its equivalent in your country), after your application has been approved. (Applicants may choose to find a sponsor for the 'commitment-to-attendance' payment of €100 or its equivalent).

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL BE INFORMED OF THIER ACCEPTANCE ON TO THE PROGRAM THROUGH THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED IN THIS APPLICATION FORM BETWEEN 18th - 30th OCTOBER 2023.
Be prepared to attend induction/first class on Sunday 26th November 2023 at 5pm Irish time.
