Participants will learn about the proper equipment, procedures and storage methods for boiling water canning, pressure canning, jelly/jam making, pickling, fermenting and drying techniques. This class has two sections held on November 3rd and November 10th. This is a single class in two parts so it is important to attend both to ensure you are ready to start preserving safely. Class will start at 6:30 PM and end at 8:00 PM.
