Audiovisual Preservation in Cultural Heritage Collections Survey
Thank you for participating in this brief survey, which will consist of 19 questions. The purpose of this survey is to assess the prevalence of audiovisual media in cultural heritage collections, the comfort level of handling audiovisual media, and barriers to audiovisual preservation. The data collected in this survey will be anonymized and the results will be used for identifying areas of need for audiovisual preservation in the Michigan and Great Lakes region so that stakeholders can work together to provide resources, such as assistance or educational programs, to meet those needs.

Taking the Survey: Responses will be collected through Friday, February 12th. The survey can either be taken in the Google Form or PDF version ( https://tinyurl.com/y63lo9ra ). If using the PDF version responses can either be emailed to Sarah Mainville at mainvil3@msu.edu or mailed to: 366 W. Circle Drive (DB 13) East Lansing, MI 48824.

We encourage respondents to use "Unknown" only when absolutely necessary; a best guess is better than "Unknown" for the needs of this survey.
