Owner is required to read and understanding the Boarding Contract prior to any boarding services being
performed.
Boarding Terms and
Conditions:
a. The animal is fit
and healthy. Any boarding which takes place on an elderly animal or animal with
health problems will be at the owner’s risk. We reserve the rights to reject
any sick animals from checking in.
b. As a precautionary
measure to protect the health of other animals boarding at our facility,
rabbits with scabies or any other contagious disease will be refused from
boarding.
c. In the event of
your pet becoming ill during his/her stay with us, we will try our best to
contact you immediately. If your pet requires medical attention from the
veterinarian, we will transport him/her there for treatment. We do not charge
for this transport but you shall pay all the costs for treatment by the
veterinarian. If we are unable to contact you and your pet requires treatment
without your knowledge, we are authorized to contact a veterinarian and
authorize the veterinarian to treat the pet in his/her best interest. It’s
agreed that all expenses for veterinary care will be covered by owner upon
signing this contract.
d. Although unusual,
small pets can pass away suddenly without warning or without showing any
symptoms. In the extremely unlikely event that your pet passes away whilst in
our care, we will contact you immediately and follow your wishes. We accept no
liability whatsoever in the unlikely event of your pet passing away whilst
boarding with us.
e. Our check-in time
is from 12noon and check-out time is by 4pm. If there’s delay
from holiday and your pet needs to stay in our care longer, please contact us as
soon as possible and you will be charged for any additional days.
f. If your pet is not
collected on the due date and we are unable to contact you via the information
you have given us, after 3 days, we will
consider the animal(s) abandoned and will re-home the animal.
g. Please inform us if
your pet bites, has bitten or is aggressive to people, other pets. We reserve
the right to refuse a pet that presents a risk of injury to itself or our
staffs. If the pet should bite, the owner agrees to be responsible for all
related medical bills, recovery costs, loss of income and equipment damage.
h. Owners are welcomed
to bring their rabbit’s own toys and foods if desired, however we are not responsible for
any loss or damage of any owner toys, carrier, etc.
