This agreement is the entire understanding between Rachel Noel Studios and THE CLIENT. This document requires signatures from both Rachel Noel Studios and THE CLIENT to proceed with a complete booking. This session will not take place without a signed booking agreement. Your session date and slot is not officially yours until a signed agreement is returned. Your slot is also considered “available” again should you not return the agreement within 48 hours of its delivery. E-signing, printing / signing / and sending a picture are both accepted.

CLIENT must be 18 years or older to complete the agreement document. 

Upon your signature, the date of THE CLIENT’S session with Rachel Noel Studios will be officially booked. This reservation includes the guarantee that no other bookings will occur simultaneously with your designated time. For this reason, a deposit of 30% is due at the time of your signing unless otherwise noted by RNS. This deposit is non-refundable even if the date is changed or canceled for any reason. This deposit is deducted from your package price, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior for weddings, and two days prior for all other sessions to your session unless otherwise noted by RNS. A late fee of $25 will apply should you pay after the session has concluded.

LATE CANCELATION FEE PERCENTAGES - 

Upon signed agreement -  30% Deposit

Within 30 days       -        50% Deposit 

Within 14 Days         -        75% Deposit 

Within 48 Hours      -        100% Deposit 

If a session is cancelled and requests a reschedule, the following steps occur. If the reschedule requests happens within 14 days of the booked session, there is a $50 additional late cancelation fee for holding a spot from other clients you no longer plan to use and then holding an additional spot on the calendar. The rescheduled session must occur within 6 months of the original date. Rescheduled sessions must be either the same package price or a higher package price. 

Your session begins at the designated time (even if mutually changed the day of for weather) whether you are present or not. Session slots must remain in their slotted time to not conflict with consecutive bookings as well as the plans Rachel Noel Studios has created around your session slot. 

Rachel Noel Studios prioritises safety and comfort of all of those she photographs. Client’s 18 years of age or younger are REQUIRED to be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES during their session. Leaving the shoot area farther than earshot distance will pause the session with no time extension until the adult returns. 

Rachel Noel Studios does not photoshop people or body parts into or out of images. Blemishes, occasional background distracting objects, and other items at Rachel's discretion alone are edited. No requests for photoshopping individuals or body parts of those present in the photo will be agreed to.  

FOR COLOR CORRECTION AND EDITING PURPOSES - No additional outfits outside of the number of outfits booked will be allowed at the session. Should you use additional outfits without purchasing them, an additional fee of $75 will be charged for each outfit change not agreed to prior to the session. A change of outfit applies to outfits worn under the first outfit or adding or subtracting any layer. 

Rachel Noel Studios agrees to maintain open communication lines between THE CLIENT and herself, and vise versa. Rachel Noel Studios is not responsible for missing pictures desired by THE CLIENT due to lack of communication.

RNS will not remain at a session site for longer than 20 minutes after the scheduled start time if the client is not present and has not notified RNS of their tardiness. 

Rachel Noel Studios is limited by the guidelines of the environment, the officiant, or of the venue the session occurs at. If THE CLIENT wants these guidelines changed to accommodate images they desire, they must talk to the parties themselves. Rachel Noel Studios is not responsible for negotiating guidelines of the surroundings during the session. 

RNS will not tolerate bullying, abuse, or harassment in any form while working. If any member of RNS is made to feel uncomfortable by a client or a member present at the client’s request (wedding guests, bridal party members, etc.) they reserve the right to request those who caused the discomfort to be removed from the surroundings. If the client wishes to keep the individual present, RNS reserves the right to leave themselves with no reimbursement. 

Rachel Noel Studies guarantees a digital album delivery within 8 weeks of the session date. Although the typical turnaround time is much quicker, should life happen, there will be a reimbursement should a gallery release extend longer than 8 weeks. 

Rachel Noel Studios does not guarantee, or limit to, a specific number of images as a result of a session. Every client is given any image from a session that RNS finds best reflects her work. If an image is missing from a gallery, it is a result of the image being out of focus, poor exposure, or other reason that is found to be worthy of keeping from an album. Due to this, RNS does not give RAW images under any circumstance. 

Rachel Noel Studios takes pride in having a steady streak of satisfied customers to date. Customer and client satisfaction is a top priority. If Rachel Noel Studios finds that a session results in images that are not to her standard, she will coordinate a solution. Rachel Noel Studios will not fulfill requests for session reimbursements should one ever arise. 

Galleries are delivered via Pixieset. These galleries remain available for client’s access for five years. Storage space has an expiration date, and you are encouraged to download and store your galleries on an external drive. 

Rachel Noel Studios has an ongoing calendar filled with sessions. Due to the constant demand for storage space, session images and session backup files are kept for one week after the gallery is released. Clients have 48 hours after a gallery is released to request an image in black and white if it is not already provided in the gallery. 

THE CLIENT understands that this session will be published on some or all of Rachel Noel Studio’s public medias. These medias includes, but are not limited to, Rachel Noel Studios’ professional website, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram. If you wish your gallery to not be published, it must be noted before the session occurs and will result in an additional album ownership fee of $100. 

THE CLIENT understands that Rachel Noel Studios’ sole responsibility is photography. Rachel Noel Studios is not responsible for assistance, planning, and coordination with any details outside of the session. If THE CLIENT desires Rachel Noel Studios to be in a particular place, it is THE CLIENT’S responsibility to coordinate scheduling to allow for that. 

It is THE CLIENT’S understanding that upon the signing of this agreement, Rachel Noel Studios will be the sole provider of photographs during the session. Additional bookings limit and constrict Rachel Noel Studios from getting the images she aims to produce. Rachel Noel Studios is not responsible for missing images due to conflicting presence of additional photographers. This includes but is not limited to, ruined images due to flashes from guest’s cameras, the presence of other cameras in the frame of Rachel Noel Studios’ images, etc. 

If THE CLIENT’S session exceeds 4 hours, THE CLIENT is responsible for providing food and beverage for Rachel Noel Studios. This includes giving Rachel Noel Studios a designated time to access the buffet, or reserving a plated dinner for Rachel Noel Studios. 

It is Rachel Noel Studios top priority to provide THE CLIENT with the highest standard of photos. Although this would require a natural disaster or complete technology failure out of the hands of Rachel Noel Studios, should the photographs from a session be lost and unretrievable, Rachel Noel Studios guarantees full refund of the package price. 

The agreed upon booking is concrete and will result in additional investment should the booking time extend beyond the agreed upon amount. Additional time is broken down into quarter hours, and will be an additional fee of $75 per quarter hour. 

The CLIENT understands that Rachel Noel Studios is not liable or responsible for any injuries that may occur during a session. If the CLIENT is not comfortable with a location, a pose, or a move suggested by Rachel Noel Studios, it is the CLIENT’s responsibility to voice their discomfort before attempting the shot. 

If the session is discounted or free and THE CLIENT fails to credit (via tagging) Rachel Noel Studios in the images posted, there will be a rights fee of $30 per image posted without a tag. By signing this agreement, you will be held liable for completing rights fee payment should you fail to credit in a post.
