I care about Lac des Allemands and strongly oppose Greenfield's proposed grain elevator that could further harm the lake's already impaired condition with pollutant-filled stormwater runoff from its heavy industry.

Greenfield's runoff stormwater could harm the fish, wildlife, and our way of life. Lac des Allemands is crucial to our Mississippi delta waterways and basins, which already have deteriorated water quality from agricultural runoff. The lake is a vital part of our history that needs to be preserved.

Greenfield has failed to alert and inform residents of its operations instead of silently filing permits, refusing to answer questions, and robbing us of our voice.

Please stand up for our health and protect our lake by requiring a public hearing before considering Greenfield's certification.
