23-24 IHSEA Tournament Registration

This form should be filled out only by the General Manager or Teacher/Sponsor for the school's esports program. 1 entry per school. Please contact your General Manager/Teacher/Sponsor fill out this form. After completing this form you will be sent an invoice to pay the $200 registration fee for this season. This fee covers any and all functions that the IHSEA offers for the school year.
