If you are ready to start the path to a better behaved best friend, fill out our enrollment form! Please allow at least 24 hours for us to receive and review your registration form. Once we have reviewed it, we will e-mail you an invoice payable online. Please note: Your spot in class is not guaranteed until the invoice is paid.

PLEASE NOTE: This form does NOT guarantee enrollment in the class requested. Once we have received this contact sheet, we will confirm there is space available in your preferred class and e-mail you an invoice payable through our secure online store. Once paid, your spot in class is guaranteed. Refunds/transfers will be allowed with no penalty up to 48 hours before your class begins. There will be no refunds or transfers available after the start date of your class. Rescheduling private lessons is permitted if we have at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $15 reschedule fee. No call, no show appointments will not be rescheduled. *

All puppies (6 months of age or younger) must have at LEAST 2 of their 3 rounds of puppy shots and a bordetella vaccination to attend classes. All adolescent and adult dogs (6 months or older) must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella to attend classes. You will be asked to bring their current vaccination records to your Orientation Session *
