As a Wiltshire Music Connect Associate Provider we ask you to pledge at least three CPD activities per year to continue to develop your awareness of inclusive music teaching and leading practice. To support this we provide subsidised training opportunities, but your CPD activity can be anything from setting aside time to research online, shadowing a colleague, going to a conference (including our annual Associates networking conferences which always have some SEND content) to participating in training or courses or checking in on our SEND website pages. once you have made your pledge we will activate your IMA status in the directory, and will send a reminder to renew pledges in August each year.
