Complaints Policy for the Physical Therapist Assistant Program
Central Carolina Community College values all PTA program stakeholders and welcomes the opportunity to discuss any concern. Complaints regarding an individual course or an instructor should first be addressed with the instructor. Unresolved complaints about an instructor should be directed to
Tiffany Needham, Physical Therapist Assistant Department Chair, at tneedham@cccc.edu or (919) 545-8652. Unresolved complaints about the Department
Chair should be directed to Dr. Denise Martin, Dean of Health Sciences and
Professional Services, at dmartin@cccc.edu, or 919-777-7784.
All other complaints should be directed to the Department Chair. CCCC will not retaliate against anyone who, in good faith, has raised a complaint against some practice of the PTA Program or college as stated in the policy and procedures manual. All complaints will be documented, including the projected outcome, and kept on file at the program facility.
