This form must be filled out within 12-24 hours after the break or your cards risk being shipped to you.

Estimated turnaround times:
Value - 75 Days
Regular - 20 Days
Express - 10-15 Days

Payment: collected when the order arrives back to use via invoice.
Shipping back: If you have cards already in our possession then its free, $5 if its only your PSA graded cards.

Updates for your order will be kept on a spreadsheet (Currently working on that aspect) and will be available directly on our website. Please refrain from contacting us for updates when the spreadsheet goes live. We will notify you when we receive the cards back from grading.
