The undersigned hereby understands that this entry for the participation in this AHJA event/clinic is made at /her own risk. I hereby assume all risks associated with participation in this event/clinic and agree to hold harmless AHJA or Applewood Farm, it's owners, any representatives, volunteers, employees, spectators, or management from any and all liability, actions, and causes of actions, debts, claims, or demands of any kinds, also from accidents, theft, injuries, damage or loss of property, or animals, or illness to horses or riders. I understand the Arkansas Law: "Under Arkansas Law, and equine sponsor is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities". The undersigned authorizes and consents to the use and reproduction by AHJA of any and all photographic material taken of the undersigned. This release covers both Applewood Farm and Pinnacle Valley Farm.
