COMMISSIONER ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
First 5 San Luis Obispo County is governed by a nine member Commission. Meeting times are 3:00-5:30pm. Commissioners may be required to attend additional meetings, including but not limited to strategic planning, the assessment of community needs and grant proposal review. They are also encouraged to take part in a variety of First 5 SLO County events, such as ribbon cutting ceremonies, conferences and outreach activities.
