Ohayocon 20 ConSwap Application

Hello and welcome to the ConSwap application form! If you would like to participate in our booth-swap or badge-swap programs please take some time to fill out the following form. Applications will remain open until November 15st, 2019. Email confirmations and placement will go out between 11/17 and 11/23.

FOR TABLE SWAPS: Your swap space will include one (1) 6-foot by 2-foot table and two chairs. Table cloths will not be included.
Ohayocon only allows one table per applicant, only registered individuals will be allowed to advertise or sell at Ohayocon.
