Upon receipt of this form, you will receive a confirmation email stating a seat has been reserved for your student in the tutorial. When the minimum enrollment has been met, you will receive an invoice for tuition ($450) and the non-refundable registration fee ($25 if registering after March 31). Payment will be due upon receipt. Refund Policy

In the event a student should drop the tutorial prior to the second class meeting, which is August 24, 2023, 50% of tuition funds minus all transaction fees will be refunded. After this date, no reimbursement will be made as it is unlikely the seat can be filled.

In the event the tutorial is canceled by the tutor due to <5 students completing their enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
