JC Uniform Order

**All students must have one of each item on this order form.**

That includes:

White Oxford Shirt
Black Dress Pants
Red Tie
Red PYC Polo
Red PYC Hoodie

Additionally, students will need the following items to be purchased on your own. If you already own an item matching this description, you do not need to purchase another.

For girls:

black flat dress shoes (no boots or sneakers)
skin-tone sheer knee-high stockings
full-length blue jeans with no rips or tears
sneakers that tie (no slip-ons)

For boys:

black dress shoes for boys (no boots or sneakers)
black socks
full-length blue jeans with no rips or tears
sneakers that tie (no slip-ons)

After reviewing our inventory, the PYC uniform coordinator will reach out to you with what you owe for your child's uniform.
