Parents: Please use the form below to ensure that your students are credited for daily attendance at SVRCS while being educated at home.  This form must be filled out for EACH of your students for EVERY day that they are being educated at home.  Your child will be marked absent for any day in which this form is not filled out and submitted.  

This form must be completed no later than 8:30am each day, as this is when our daily attendance is processed.

You will receive an email receipt for your verification after this form is submitted.
