This brief questionnaire will assist us in ensuring our records reflect the programs and volunteer opportunities that appeal to you and your availability to participate over the coming year.

Would you consider being a Mentor to a student participant of the Founders Program? This commitment requires meeting with a Founder mentee once each month during the academic school year (October to April - approximately 7 meetings). *
Our Founders Program empowers Western's future generation of entrepreneurs by strengthening their entrepreneurial skillset and ambitions. Through this program, students gain access to education, mentorship, a tuition bursary, and the opportunity to grow their entrepreneurial network on campus.
Would you consider being a Mentor for the Western Accelerator program? This commitment requires meeting with a Team or individual Founder twice each month during the Fall academic term (approximately 6 to 8 meetings).

Would you consider being a Mentor for the Western Accelerator program? This commitment requires meeting with a Team or individual Founder twice each month during the Winter academic term (approximately 6 to 8 meetings). *

Would you like to be part of our Western Angels' Demo Day event as a possible investor (3 hour pitch event)? This event takes place twice each year in the Spring and Fall. *

This mentorship program is specifically geared toward mentoring ventures in preparation for Western Angels' Demo Day.
Would you like to be a judge for the Ivey Business Plan Competition (held each January)? *
The Ivey Business Plan Competition brings together graduate and undergraduate student teams from across Canada and the United States to compete for more than $20,000 in prizes.
