Terms & Conditions

1. Doug's Dogs accepts no liability for any injuries sustained by the owner, or any other person attending the course;
2. Doug's Dogs accepts no liability for any injuries sustained by the dog prior to, during or following the course;
3. During the training the goal will be to establish support through training exercises but not behavioural intervention;
4. If the owner is not satisfied with the outcome of the course, Doug's Dogs has no requirement to refund any paid fees.
5. Cancellation of the booking with 14+ days notice will result in a full refund, minus £20 for admin. Cancellation with 7 days - 14 days notice will result in 50% refund minus £20 for admin. Less than 7 days notice, no refund will be made.
6. The fee for 6 week, 1hr training classes is £120.00 (excluding VAT) (discounts may apply)
7. From time to time we may use photos of the dogs on the courses for our website and social media.
8. There are no refunds for missed classes and places cannot be deferred to later classes.
