The Office of Digital Equity & Inclusion leads the initiative for the City of Detroit to bridge the digital divide for over 220,000 residents at or below poverty.  This will require digital equity resources for senior, veterans, disabled, ESL, K12, returning citizens and 25 to 45 year old.
