Monterey and San Benito Counties' Continuum of Care (CoC) is undertaking a process to rewrite the Lead Me Home: Regional 10-Year Plan to End Homelessness. As part of this process, the Coalition of Homeless Services Providers (CHSP) is gathering community input and information on strategies and priorities to inform the new strategic plan.
