Réseau's recognition awards

Many health service providers, community groups and individuals work hard to improve access and equity to French language health services. The Réseau's recognition awards are a way of thanking our partners for their contribution. The awards will be presented at the Réseau’s Annual General Meeting on May 31st 2023.

Deadline to submit a nomination: March 31st, 2023

Who Can Submit a Nomination

Any individual or organization in Northern Ontario, including the Réseau staff and Board members, can submit a nomination for the Health Service Provider, Community Group or Engaged Individual Recognition Award.

You must state in 500 words or less, how the Health Service Provider, Community Group or Engaged Individual has contributed to improving French language services.
