Cosplay Walk-on pidetään Assembly Summer 2024 -tapahtumassa, Assembly Cosplay-kilpailujen aikana, lauantaina 3.8.2024. Cosplay Walk-on ei ole kilpailu, vaan tilaisuus käydä esittelemässä omaa cosplaytaan lavalla yksin tai ryhmänä.

The Cosplay Walk-on is held as part of the Cosplay Competition on the Assembly Main Stage, on Saturday 3.8.2024. The Cosplay Walk-on is not a competition, but an opportunity to showcase one's own cosplay on-stage either individually or as a group.

Ryhmien tapauksessa vain yhden, yhteyshenkilönä toimivan ryhmäläisen tarvitsee täyttää tämä lomake.

Referenssikuvat / Reference photos

Referenssikuvilla tarkoitetaan virallista kuvaa hahmosta. Referenssikuva heijastetaan lavan screenille kunkin walk-on osallistujan/ryhmän lavavuorolla. Ryhmien tapauksessa laittakaa kaikkien hahmojen kuvat yhteen kansioon.

Kuvat toimitetaan pilvipalvelun kuten Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive kautta. Varmistathan, että linkität nimenomaan kansion etkä yksittäistä tiedostoa.

Reference photos refers to an official picture of the character. The reference photos will be shown on the screen during the participant's turn on stage. Groups are expected to provide all their reference photos in one folder.

Reference photos should be delivered via a cloud storage, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive etc. Do ensure you are giving the link to a folder, not a single file!

Please name the folder as such: Participant/Group name / Assembly Cosplay Walk-on
