Juniors and Seniors are eligible for a total of (4) ACT and  (2)SAT waiver forms if they receive Free/Reduced Lunch. This will waive the examination Fee for the student. They are eligible to receive a total of (4), (1) per test. To request a fee waiver, visit the MHS counselor's or email your grade-level counselor from the list below:
