Note this does not guarantee a place in the club. All those on waiting list are ordered on first come first served basis, when spaces in the club become available.

If you have more than one child you'd like to go onto the waiting list, please complete additional forms.

To be able to take part in the club's activities, your child must be able to swim 50m unaided and tread water for three minutes.

Any details you submit on this form will be kept private and confidential within Saltdean Swim & Surf Club and not shared with any third party. We will only use the data you provide to contact you about relevant SSSC activities.
