ELEMENTARY 2023 K-5 Summer Learning Program Registration

This form is required to be registered for an optional Summer Learning Program.

The program will begin the week of June 13th, and it will be held from 9:00-12:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays through the week of July 25th. Lunch will be provided.

Transportation is available for students within their school boundary that live outside of the walking distance.

You can sign up for a school outside of your boundary school, but you will need to provide the transportation. Please be aware that an out of boundary request may be denied due to staffing shortages.

Transportation can be provided within school boundary areas that qualify for bus transportation. In some circumstances, central pick-up points will be used, which means not all bus stops used in the school year will be accessible but instead a central spot for students to meet. *
