Please use this form to inform Dayle McIntosh Center of
a systemic level change that you would like to occur to improve the lives of the disability community in Orange County.
Examples of current advocacy efforts we are working on:
- Changing the departures drop off location for OCTA ACCESS at John Wayne Airport to allow ACCESS busses to drop off departing passengers in front of their airline's terminal, rather than on the arrivals level near the baggage claim
- Working with the federal government to expand the length of time a person with a Section 8 voucher has to look for a unit
- Giving public comment support on behalf of DMC for a piece of local, state, or national legislation
- Meeting with local, state, and national legislators to educate them about issues surrounding the disability community in Orange County
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO ADVOCATE ON YOUR BEHALF WITH ENTITIES LIKE SOCIAL SECURITY, A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY, OR THE HOUSING AUTHORITY, PLEASE CALL OUR MAIN LINE AT 714-621-3300 OR REACH OUT DIRECTLY TO YOUR DMC STAFF MEMBER!
