Rules Protest Complaint Form

INSTRUCTIONS/POLICY:

This form must be submitted in a timely manner. A timely manner is defined as within one hour of the end of the round in which the infraction occurred. After a complainant submits this form, the Rules Chair will contact the individual and conduct an informal discussion concerning the grievance(s) in the form. After the informal discussion, the Rules Chair/Committee shall investigate the allegations in the form. After the investigation is complete the Rules Chair/Committee will provide the complainant with a conclusion of the investigatory findings and any applicable resolutions.

Rules Committee members will keep the information disclosed as confidential as possible. Decisions of the Rules Chair/Committee are final and may not be appealed. If a perceived violation occurs in a subsequent round, another protest may be filed.
