Event Date: Saturday, May 4 

Event time: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Location: 411 East Hospital Street, Nacogdoches, TX
Submission Deadline: 7 days before event
Cost:  $20 for Booth Space
Checks payable to: Nacogdoches Arts Collaborative
Refunds: No refunds after submission deadline.
Setup: Vendors may set up beginning at 8am and should be ready for business at 9am.
Takedown: You may leave earlier than 5PM BUT you CANNOT access the lot with a vehicle. 
Booths: Each vendor will be assigned a  location and should provide their own tent (if desired), table, chairs, displays, and signage.
Vehicles & Parking: After unloading vendor vehicles must be moved to TJR parking lot. Vehicles will not be permitted to remain in the exhibition space during the event, nor may they enter the event grounds until approved by event coordinators.

THIS EVENT IS NOT LIMITED TO ART AND ORIGINAL CREATIONS. THIS IS OPEN TO ANY FLEA MARKET/GARAGE SALE ITEMS THAT YOU ARE LOOKING TO SELL.
