Full-resolution file (canvas width approx. 2000px at 300 DPI) of final drawing and a smaller version for internet upload. Final file formats are png by default.

 

All drawings will include a signature that you may not remove.  

Prices are subject to change based on demand.  

I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

I do commission part-time so I might response at weird time, but I will usually reply with in 24 hours.

Style:

The style may differ a bit (e.g., line weight, shadowing), as I might adjust a bit so the final piece would fit your character.

It will follow my overall line-heavy style shown in sample pics though.

Payment method: PayPal/Venmo

Commissions are paid in phases. Each phase is charged corresponding percentage of total price. See next section for details.

VERY IMPORTANT: Do NOT send me any payment before I have agreed to accept your order!!! We will discuss your order and make sure I could do it. I'll send you a separate payment request email as a confirmation after that.

Orders are accepted through Google form. We will communicate through email later on.  

Feel free to send me as much detailed description of your character and reference photos you have in mind as you like (e.g., background personality, overall style, mood, weapon, specific thing you’d like to include, any other thing you’d like me to know) after confirmation of order. We will discuss and make sure everything is crystal clear at the beginning ;)

Once again, do NOT send me any payment before I have requested you to send me the payment.

 

Your order will work and paid in phases:

1. Rough sketches (25% of total price). We will discuss and decide overall design and pose of you character here. I’ll do around 3-4 sketches for you so you could have some choice. Est. time: around 5-7 days after payment received.

2. Final sketches (25% of total price). Most design will be decided here, color options included if your purchase is colored. Est. time: around 7 days after payment received.

3. Final artwork (50% of total price). Self-explanatory. Est. time: after payment received: 7 days for line art, 14 days for colored.

Payments are upfront of each phase: that means I'll only start working on your order after receiving corresponding payment!

We’ll go back and forth at each phase to see if there’s anything you’d like to add/change.

All images send in review will be smaller in size and have watermarks.

I will start working on next phase after your confirmation of approvement.  

 

If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.  

Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Note that there is no physical product.  


Delivery method:

Full resolution png files - 1 white background, 1 transparent background, 1 gradient&shape background

Smaller jpg file for internet upload - 1 white background, 1 gradient&shape background

For each phase, you get 3 rounds of review and change on the commissioned piece included in the price. Extra round of changes is charged.

Delivery time of each phase listed in last section is for the first delivery and does NOT include revision. Delivery time of each revision varies by the amount of changes need to be made which will be specified in email.

I, Nuesora (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing and produced design, not the buyer. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:  

Promote myself with it everywhere  

Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)  

Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)  

Post it wherever I want  



The buyer is allowed to:  

Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.) When uploading it online or printing it, crediting as Nuesora is mandatory. A link to any of my website is not necessary but it is very appreciated.

Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork and the design itself.  

Use the design to commission other artists, as long as no overall design is changed.

Use the artwork to promote themselves.  

Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.  

Add or change decorative element that does not involve altering the artwork done by me, Nuesora (the artist) itself. (i.e. add frame, change background to your own ones, crop, resize)



The following is considered copyright infringement:  

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.  

Claiming the artwork as your own  

Removing my signature from the artwork  

Altering the artwork itself without my consent.


I reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).

I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!  

If you have any problem with anything in regard to the commissioned piece, please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.  

If you have anything unclear about this term of agreement, please contact me prior to your payment.

I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. (i.e. If you do not want me to post your art anywhere then sure we can discuss about that!)

The buyer is not allowed to cancel order and receive refund for paid phases once I confirm the order and receive the payment.  Unpaid phases for an order could be cancelled.

If for any reason, I am unable to start your commission after your payment you will receive a full refund.  

If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.  

If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.


If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above, they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Nuesora (the artist), and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, please discuss with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.
