Lifelong Learners Activity Interest Survey
Thank you for your participation in the Lifelong Learners program. We are excited to offer this program to Plainwell and Otsego community senior citizens who are looking to get involved and active in our community! To help us continue to grow the program, we welcome your feedback. Please review the activities listed in this survey and select the top four that you would like to see offered by ranking them 1-4 (1 being the most wanted activity). You can enter your top four rankings in the "Your Answer" line with labels 1, 2, 3 or 4 (all other activity lines can be left blank).
