ISBI 2023 - Afro Matices Turbante Workshop
In Afro Matices, we promote Afro-Colombian culture and traditions through ancient and contemporary handicrafts. It is a pleasure to invite you to this workshop, where you will learn to make our traditional turbans, a big part of our black history, and one of our symbols of resistance.

You will spend a wonderful time with Gina Perez, who will teach you how to weave a beautiful turban that you can take with you. There is a fee of $50,000 Colombian pesos to cover the costs of the materials of your turban.The workshop lasts two hours distributed the following sessions:
