Safe Zone Online Training Registration
This registration form serves two purposes. First, we are collecting your public information for display on the Safe Zone web site. Be sure to provide your answers as you wish to see them online. The second, half of the survey is confidential. There, we just want a broad overview of new member needs and how much experience our participants have had with conversation around LGBTQIPA+ topics. Your thoughtful responses will help us keep our training materials relevant.

The first half of this form is information for the Safe Zone website.

This form collects your Google address and will send your confirmation message there. We may also use Google for sharing resources and staying in touch, but we keep those addresses confidential and do not share them with anyone. A JMU email address, however, is necessary to access the Canvas training site and the Safe Zone web page will use your eID as a link to the JMU Directory page for your contact information. Employees can control what information the JMU Directory displays through the Employee Tab of MyMadison under "Chosen Name/Campus Directory."
