Pursuant to ESSA 2102(b), all school districts who receive federal funds must conduct stakeholder consultation prior to completing their application for utilizing or transferring funds. Please provide CFSD with your ideas and opinions of how each federal fund could best be utilized to support our students. We appreciate your input.

Title II:  The purpose of this fund is to (1) increase student achievement consistent with the challenging state academic standards; (2) improve the quality and effectiveness of teachers, principals, and other school leaders; (3) increase the number of teachers, principals, and other school leaders who are effective in improving student academic achievement in schools; and (4) provide low-income and minority students greater access to effective teachers, principals, and other school leaders. Please provide suggestions for use of these funds.
Title IV: The  goal of Title IV, Part A, is to increase the capacity of state education agencies, local education agencies, campuses, and communities to meet the following three goals:  (1) Provide all students access to a well-rounded education; (2) Improve academic outcomes by maintaining safe and healthy students; (3) Improve the use of technology to advance student academic achievement. Please provide suggestions for the use of these funds.
