Ridgewood Crew Summer 2023 Registration Form - Competitive Training
Who: This program is for returning HS rowers only and those interested in training for the Canadian Henley Regatta (August 6-13)

When: This will be a 5 week session (Mon-Sat), June 26-July 29, 8-10:30am.  

Mandatory Henley Training Camp:
Coaches will only consider rowers training on the Competitive team schedule for entry in the Canadian Henley Regatta.  Selected rowers will then register for and commit to a mandatory training camp July 17-Aug 3 (Mon-Sat), 8am-12pm.  This schedule and commitment will not be optional or flexible.  

Where: PRRA (No bussing for summer practices)

FEE: 5 Competitive weeks $997

Competitive rowers have the option to sign up and pay for weekly sessions, but it is mandatory for rowers going to Henley to attend the entire Henley Camp from July 17-Aug 3!

Week #3 July 10-July 15, Mon-Sat             8- 10:30am: $206
Week #4 July 17 - July 22, Mon-Sat           8 -10:30am: $206 (OR Henley Camp 8am-12pm)
Week #5 July 24 - July 29, Mon-Sat           8 -10:30am: $206 (OR Henley Camp 8am-12pm)
Henley Camp, July 17 to Aug 3 Mon-Sat   8am -12pm: $880

I, the parent/guardian of the above-named child, hereby give my full consent and approval to his/her registration and participation in Ridgewood Crew for the 2023 calendar year. I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in the practice and races of crew, as well as transporting my child to or from any of the regattas or crew-related events, and I am willing to assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of such activities. *
I hereby confirm that my child is fully capable of participating in the sport of crew and that my child is in sound medical condition and has no physical or mental disabilities or conditions that would restrict full participation, except as noted below.  Please include all known allergies. In the event of my absence, if my son/daughter is suffering from an injury or condition requiring diagnosis and immediate medical or surgical treatment, I do hereby voluntarily authorize Ridgewood Crew coaches, Board members, and/or parent volunteers at the scene to consent to such diagnostic procedures, medical/hospital care, medication administration, and to such medical, surgical, or x-ray treatment as may be deemed necessary by and under the direct authorization of a licensed physician/practitioner.   *
In addition, I hereby release, absolve, and discharge Ridgewood Crew and its officers, directors, coaches, sponsors, supervisors, representatives, and any person transporting my child to and from any of the activities from any claim or liability in case of an accident, injury and/or medical and dental expenses incurred to my child. *
Terms and Conditions: 1. The 2023 Summer program payment must be received prior to each weekly session and the Henley Camp - Venmo is preferred; 2. After the beginning of the program, no refunds or prorated fees will be provided if a rower decides to cancel *

I hereby consent to the use of photographs/video taken during the course of the Ridgewood Crew program for publicity, promotional and/or educational purposes (including publications, presentation or broadcast via newspaper, internet, website or other media sources). I do this with full knowledge and consent and waive all claims for compensation for use, or for damages.
