Become an Illinois Prisoner Rights Coalition Member
The Illinois Prisoner Rights Coalition is a group of advocates looking to build with like-minded organizations and activists. We are pulling together resources to help support a newly formed coalition of advocates fighting for more just conditions across Illinois Jails/Prisons. We do this work because in August of 2020 two men
from our community were killed by medical negligence within 24 hours of each other at Iroquois County Jail. We have spent the past months working with the victim's families and activists from around the country to demand justice. We recognize coalition building and sharing resources is critical to our coalition's success.
