Letter Awards

First year lettermen receive a chenille letter and a certificate. Second, third, and fourth year lettermen will receive a certificate and a gold bar to be placed on the chenille letter. Letter points do not carry over from year to to year. To received a Letter Award a student must:

1. Be a member of the Perkins-Tryon Band for the entire academic year.
2. The student will earn a minimum of 30 letter points.
3. The student must have no unexcused absences from a required rehearsal, sectional, or performance.
