2019 SPPS Garden Inventory Update and Survey
Due Wednesday, December 19th, 2019

Each year we try to get the most updated info and contacts from school gardens. Contacts will also be added to our SPPS School Garden Newsletter and will receive information regarding gardens in SPPS Schools.
 
This form can be filled out by several people from one school (which may be needed depending upon the situation.  If a parent, nonprofit or community member is the key coordinator for the garden, please share this survey with them as well, but please make sure a staff person also fills it out.
