Our truck is not dock level but has a lift gate. Please indicate what kind of unloading zone is available at your facility. Do you have a roll-up door? Parking lot? Garage? Etc.

To keep delivery prices low, GiveNKind coordinates deliveries to locations in the same area.

Is there a specific date that you need the order by? Please explain. We will do our best to accommodate dates; however, organizations may incur an additional fee for immediate delivery.

Deliveries must be signed for. If no one is onsite to accept the order, the order will be returned, and an additional delivery fee will be incurred for subsequent delivery (no refund will be issued). Please check the box below to confirm. *

GiveNKind’s driver will take the order off of the truck. Please have staff and volunteers on hand to move the items once they are unloaded. Orders that are palletized will be left on the pallet; the driver will not unload the pallet. Please check the box below to confirm.

I understand that I will have team members and equipment to accept and move the order once it is removed from the truck by the GiveNKind driver.
