Here are 3 things that drain me: (1) mail-merging/printing/sending letters to prospective clients, (2) ordering home supplies, (3) organising personal appointments. How could you help take these off my plate?
Our process for handling new enquiries is to ask prospective clients to send a 1-2 page letter explaining who they are, what their business is, and what they need. You then send that letter on to me for review, and you or I will get back to them in around a week. You explain this to a prospect, but they insist they must speak to me urgently. How would you handle this?
