The purpose of this form is for students to receive academic advising services remotely as a response to the COVID-19 virus. Please allow up to 3 business days for your advising requests to be viewed and processed. Zoom appointments are typically done between the following time periods: February 17th to April 1st and September 17th to November 1st.

Please make sure to include as much detail as possible about your request so that I can best assist you.

Note: There is no advising on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday or when the college is closed. Any requests submitted on these days will be answered the following business day.

Students majoring or minoring (or planning to) in Mathematics, Statistics or Actuarial Science are encouraged to seek advising via Zoom during the Zoom advising period.
