If you wish to participate in more than one activity or be considered for an alternate date if there is no room in your first choice, enter your selected date/activities in order of preference.

Transportation is parent/guardian's responsibility. 0830 dropoff, 1600 pickup at Connaught for the full-day activities, 0830 dropoff, 1200 pickup on November 14th. Lunch will be provided for the full-day activities.
