Please review ALL Coach INFO on the Parks and Rec Website (as it becomes available) regarding Concussion and Background Check information. A background check is REQUIRED for ALL persons volunteering with Greenwood Baseball League at ANY capacity. Coaches are responsible for payment, checks payable to Missouri State Highway Patrol in the amount of $14.00 MUST be submitted with background check form, which will be emailed to you upon completion of this form. Please drop off or mail your form and check (payable to MSHP) to the City of Greenwood. We will have background checks confirmed, and you will be provided with a Greenwood Baseball League Official Coach Card that you MUST carry with you to all games/practices. By signing below, you agree to adhere to all Greenwood Baseball League Rules, Regulations, and Safety Rules and Guidelines upon which our programs run. This includes any state and local laws and rules. (Note: Greenwood Rules WILL be reviewed fully with all coaches during the Mandatory Meeting.) Meeting is set for Saturday, March 7th, 2020, @ Barrigas, please plan accordingly.   *
