Thank you for wanting to join our FA Charter Standard Club. We at Bishops Cannings YFC believe in providing the best football coaching we can possibly provide for your child.
Our ethos has always been and always will be on ensuring that football is fun, enjoyable and available to everyone regardless of ability.
We are very proud of our FA Charter Standard award; this means that every coach and coaching assistant has been cleared to work with children by completing a DBS check.
Every coach has a FA Safeguarding certificate and FA Emergency First Aid Certificate and every team has at least one FA Level 1 Coach. It is our commitment to you that we maintain this and provide this if any parent or volunteer wants to join our family of coaches. All courses we will be provide by the FA and all costs of these course to be paid for by the club.
By filling in this form for your child to join Bishops Cannings YFC, you are agreeing to your child playing for Bishops Cannings YFC for the 2022/23 season and are agreeing to all our club polices. These can be found on the website

Each child is now required to have a parent or guardian associated with their FA account. This requires each parent or guardian to have a FA FAN number with an emergency contact number and contact email address. This we are happy to produce on your behalf; however we will need the main contact to provide their date of birth. If you are unhappy to provide this information, we will not be able to register your child for football matches. The FA search tool works off of the parent’s date of birth so this is essential. All data that is completed on this form is kept by the Club secretary and the teams main coach for one year and filled into our online database, powered by Pitchero.
The form is now able to be filled in via smart phone, tablet or laptop and is stored on the clubs Google Drive account where all data is redistricted to committee members only. Any questions on the form please contact BCYFCSecertary@Outlook.com or message us directly on 07919174115.
Our fees for the 2022/23 season are as follows:-
- BC Juniors Section. the fee is £10 per a month to be paid by Direct Debit
- All children not playing 11v11 games, (year 7 and below) the fee is £14.00 per a month to be paid by Direct Debit.
- All children who are playing 11v11 games (year 8 and above) the fee is £15.50 per a mouth to be paid by direct debit.
You will be sent a payment request via Pitchero and be collected by GoCardless, our payment provider.
All playing kit is the property of Bishops Cannings YFC and if you close to leave the club this must be returned to the teams coach. Failure to do this may result in an additional fee of £35 to go towards replacing the items. If leaving to join another side will result in the club potentially blocking your child’s transfer until all playing kit is returned.
