General Scholarship Application 
This form provides a way for students to apply for a one-time assistance with paying their back bills. Applications will be reviewed on a monthly basis. 
DO NOT call the EMSE office for status updates. You may send an email inquiry to emse@umes.edu. Allow 72 hours for a response. 

APPLICATION CRITERIA: This form will be periodically reviewed for new and returning students. 
* Must be enrolled Fall 2023 or Spring 2024
* Must be meeting Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) as defined by the University SAP Policy. 
* May not have a pending conduct case or be under a current conduct sanction.
* Must have exhausted all financial aid options, including Parent Plus Loan.
*Financial assistance issued by the University will not be available for non-university related matters.
