Thank you for your interest in the Oregon Master Beekeeper Apprentice Program. Spots in the program are based on the availability of volunteer mentors in your area.

Annual enrollment begins in autumn for a start date of January. At that point the online coursework will become available and you will be able to begin work with your mentor.

However, we like to utilize our volunteer mentors to the best of our ability and fill open slots as they arise during the year. If this is possible, we will contact you.

PARTICIPATION CRITERIA

Individuals 18 years or older with 2 or more years' beekeeping experience
Those who have earned a 'Getting Started with Bees' certificate

If you have less than 2 years of beekeeping experience, the Getting Started with Bees Certificate Program would be the best place for you to start.
