The way that this lack of information was presented to us created unnecessary anxiety and stress. The timing was unfortunate too - Friday at close of business? Information sessions on just Monday and Wednesday? From the limited information provided, it appears that pay practices need to change because it was not aligned with state regulations. But if you adjust the individual's hourly rate in order so that they make the exact same...is that really accountability?
