Deep Space is very excited to invite all Ultimate players to our Gender Equity in Mixed Ultimate Sessions this winter! Based on the feedback from our sessions last year, we will be running two sessions focused on specific skills and game situations. The sessions will involve skills coaching, focused drills, and games, with a focus on how we can practice gender equitable play in Mixed.
The sessions are designed for people who have played Ultimate before (you don’t need to have played at a club level, but experience playing in a game will be helpful) and are open to all genders. If you have any questions about the sessions, you can reach us at

Each session costs £5 to cover pitch hire. If this cost would be a barrier to you attending the sessions, you can request to waive the fee below.
We'll be in touch before each session with more details and how to pay. We'll also publicise the second session again in the New Year, and you can sign up for each session separately.
